The Club shall be called the Beauly Angling Club. |

2. |
The Club shall be under the Management of a Committee consisting
of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to fifteen
other Members who will be elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee
will retire annually but Members will be eligible for re-election. Eight
Members shall form a quorum. |

3. |
The Rules and regulations of the Club shall not be altered,
except by a vote of two-thirds majority at the Annual General Meeting,
or at a Special General Meeting called for that purpose. |

4. |
The Committee shall have powers to reprimand or dismiss
any Member of the Club by a vote of two-thirds majority at a Special General
Meeting called for that purpose. |

5. |
In the event of a vacancy arising in the Committee during
the year, this shall be filled or left vacant at the discretion of the
Committee. |

6. |
The responsibility for the election of new Committee Members
shall rest with the Committee |

Membership shall be open to anglers residing within the
Old Aird District and will be at the discretion and vote of the Committee
whose decision shall be final. Any Club Member leaving the area may retain
Membership of the Club, provided such Membership is continuous. |

Any Member found by the Club to have acted in a manner detrimental
to the Club shall be liable to expulsion or suspension at the discretion
of the Committee. This also applies to Members fishing Exchange Tickets
to other association waters. |
| 9. |
A Special General Meeting shall be called on receipt of
a requisition by the Secretary to that effect, signed by not less than
four Members. |
| 10. |
All fees shall be decided at the Annual General Meeting
or at a Special General Meeting called for that purpose. All Membership
Fees must be paid by 31st March each year and all new memberships
must be taken up within 14 days of acceptance of application. The
only exception to this rule is that Senior Citizens, who have been members
for three or more consecutive years, may collect their free permit at
any time during the course of the season. |
